Appearance
Physical Description: Annie is of average height, if not a tad taller. Her body is lean, and she has an athletic build due to hours of training. Long, raven hair falls in soft waves to her shoulder blades. Freckles are dusted lightly across her high cheekbones and the bridge of her nose. Small clusters of freckles can be found elsewhere on her body, and a swirl formation found on the left side of her face. Her eyes are large eyes are the color of a stormy sea, accented by long dark lashes. Her vocals are soft and melodious when she speaks. A small Skull ‘n Bones tattoo is located between her shoulder-blades, and is rarely seen.
Apparel: She dresses in simple, chic clothing that accents her features in a nice, modest way. She wears shirts in dark colors, her favorites being maroon, navy blue, and hunter green. Her jeans are either skinny or boot-cut, ranging from acid-wash light blue to black. Worn combat boots seem to be her favorite shoes, seeing as she can easily hide a small blade in them. On special occasions, Annie can be seen wearing a little black dress with matching heels.
Other
Accessories: A small blue rock hangs from her neck by a slim silver chain, a gift given to her by her grandmother. On raids, she can be seen carrying her worn, military green backpack, passed down to her from Thaddeus and Darius. Now, she is occasionally seen wearing her engagement ring.
Inventory: Dried food rations, baggie of amp, bottled water, bandages, a pouch full of money, and a change of clothes. {This is all in case she is gone in the city longer than expected}
Weapons: She is often seen carrying some sort of blade. Whether it is a knife in her boot, a dagger strapped to her thigh or a sword in a sheath across her back. If she is not seen with a blade, she can and will resort to hand-to-hand combat to protect herself. She may even also rely on her surroundings; using a nearby object as a weapon.

A Little About Annie
*Note: NO ONE knows this except for Lucinda [Unless told otherwise ICly]*
Born in Luckenback, Texas, she was raised by both her parents; Percival and Sylvia. Lucinda was the youngest of three, having two older brothers by the names of Thaddeus and Darius. Though life was easy in the early stages of her childhood, the later years were a bit tougher. Her father started gambling and drinking, often coming home shitfaced drunk. Her mother couldn’t handle the stress of daily life, along with the children’s’ reckless behavior and her husband’s new habit. So, she found an outlet. Sylvia became abusive, often picking on Luci because she was the youngest and most defenseless. Though, one of the two brothers always seemed to show up in time before any serious bodily harm could be inflicted. On more than one occasion, her father had attempted to…have his way with her. But, each time his actions were quickly stopped. On the last time, Thaddeus and Darius made sure that the man wouldn’t make another attempt at their sister again. Despite the bruises and the heartache, Lucinda managed to make it out of that hellhole alive, along with her brothers.
Once Thaddeus was old enough to drive, he took his siblings away from Percival and Sylvia Dillinger. The three siblings left to live with their grandmother in Florida. It was here that the kids recovered from the traumatizing events. Thaddeus had met a girl whom he came to love. Darius began to play basketball once they enrolled in school the next year, and he fell in love with the game. As for Lucinda…she fell in love with the ocean. The beach became her happy place. She would go and look for seashells with her grandmother, go swimming with her brothers, and build sandcastles as the sun began to disappear over the horizon. She went to school with her brothers that year, sad to see the summer end, but happy to have a new start. Despite Darius’ over-protectiveness and Thaddeus’ will to kick anyone’s ass for her, Lucinda had a rather normal life from then on. She took an interest in the musical arts, and acting. Working her way up the ranks, she soon found herself in the lead position in her school plays. Life was well; for now.
As they grew older, the siblings seemed to lose their happiness. The girl Thaddeus had come to love left the state, and they never spoke again. Darius suffered a torn ACL and a broken arm, thus ending his basketball ‘career’ for quite some time. Annie had been given so much work that she could no longer enjoy herself at the beach, and instead was stuck in her room studying. Somewhere along the way, the siblings lost sight of what was important. They and their grandmother had little money, and the siblings began to resort to theft to get what they want. Lucinda would be the distraction, using her acting skills to keep the clerk occupied. Darius would play the thief, sneaking items into his backpack and hobbling away as Thaddeus held the place up with a gun if they got in a sticky situation. They continued their crime spree until one ‘fateful’ day. On one of their raids, things didn’t go as planned. The police showed up, quickly handcuffing Thaddeus and Lucinda. Darius had managed to run away with a large sum of money, and pulled a gun when the officers approached him. He was gunned down almost immediately for firing at one of the men.
Thaddeus struggled to get to his brother, but Luci sat emotionless in the back of the cop car. Once again, it seemed, she was getting her heart broken. She showed little emotion after the incident, and wouldn’t ‘recover’ fully for several years. She and Thaddeus were put in prison, where Lucinda later made her first act as an escapist. She was the one who took after her grandfather, John Dillinger. Yes, she called him ‘Grandfather’, rather than adding the entire ‘Greats’ in front of the name. She used the same trick, fashioning a piece of wood into the shape of a gun. Believe it or not, the guards fell for it; how stupid can security be?
Once free from prison, Lucinda continued her life of lies, theft, escaping, and heartbreak. Her personality changed, from a sweet innocent girl to a cold hearted woman. She made a name for herself, choosing to go by ‘Annie Nelson’ instead of Lucinda Dillinger. She began to train herself with a sword, a knife, an axe, or any other weapon that consists of a sharp blade. Discipline and repetition have morphed her into the skilled, athletic woman she is today. She prefers blades over bullets, because she feels the sharp weapon is an extension of her. A gun means nothing to her. Annie also educated herself in hand-to-hand combat, because even that is better than nothing. She always has to have a way of protecting herself. She wouldn’t let anyone else hurt her ever again.
But, now her life has changed once more. Annie has now found herself at home down in The Catacombs below a new city, and she honestly is quite happy there amongst people just like her. Thieves, addicts, those scarred either physically or emotionally or mentally. They’re her friends, and a few have come to be like family to her.
Personality: Annie is a rather complex gal at times. She has a lot of negative traits, but let’s just focus on the positive. Annie is brave; she doesn’t give a shit about what people think of her. She’s also very flirtatious; she often makes a game out of it, until she finds someone she truly likes. Once an aspiring actress, she now uses her skill to trick others. Annie can be manipulative and persuasive, thus meaning she can make almost any fool believe her. She is rebellious and mischievous; this is obvious if you know her past, or you know her now. Ann has robbed several of their worth, as well as their hearts. She made a promise to herself that she would no longer be the one with the broken heart; she would be the one to break hearts. Believe it or not, there is said to be another side to Annie that no one knows about; her soft side. She can be cuddly, sweet, and caring; only if you’re one of the few that she cares for. …Or if you’re a cute little animal.
