The Catacomb Laws

Obey the law and we won't have a problem.

I. - This is a human roleplay; strictly human. Please keep this in mind. Go crazy on appearances, but no powers or mythical creatures.

II. - If your character has items, please clear them with a Staff member first.

III. - Keep OOC drama to a bare minimum.

IV. - Be literate OOC. Occasionally, it is fine to slip into improper grammar, but do not use it all the time and create a habit. Text chat is prohibited.

V. - Keep in mind that this is a mature roleplay. The main plot is focused around alcohol, drugs, sex, and the like. HOWEVER please refrain from talking about this 24/7. It can become annoying, and can be uncomfortable to discuss at times. If asked, keep it out of the conversation until it is okay to speak of it again.

VI. - No boyfriend/girlfriend begging.

VII. - Children aren't allowed in the roleplay. Please keep your character atleast over the age of 17.

VIII. - Be literate IC. Text chat is prohibited. Literacy is expected like in your sample. This means no action marks ( - ). The minimum for a post is two sentences. If your post is two sentences or a few more, please put a -s-.

IX. - Post-cutting is prohibited. We understand that it occasionally happens by accident, but if you continuously post-cut we will talk to you personally about it until you stop. If your post is continued, you are expected to put a -c-, >> or a -- at the end of it.

X. - No goddmodding, autohitting or powerplaying. You should know what these mean.

XI. - Please, do not be an attention seeker! Nobody likes them. The roleplay does not, and will not, focus around one person.

XII. - All jobs must be approved by a creator {Annie or Marcus}. You cannot start your own business without permission. You can have a job, if hired. The businesses are those that are IN the map; the bar, weaponry shop, market, ect.

XIII. - Not everyone can do runs! And if you are a porter, limited runs only. It's a long journey to upstairs and back. If you do go, you'll most likely be gone for 2+ days. Don't be on a run every day.

XIV. - Please, no humanspeak or whatever. Hands are hands. Eyes are eyes. Head is head. Sure, use more specific words, but cranium, phalanges? Please don't.

XVI. - Respect those above you. The creators {Annie and Marcus}, the admins, and the mods. If asked to stop doing something by them, by all means, do so.

XVII. - If you're going to have sex-- please be considerate and keep it in whisper. Yeah, you cane make-out and flirt in local, I suppose, but if asked please take it elsewhere.

XIV. - Be active, please! We cannot succeed as a successful group without our dedicated and loyal delinquents!
